You can upgrade your license any time. For example, if you purchased the Personal License before, but now want to make the artwork your book cover, you can upgrade to the Commercial License by paying the fee mentioned above.Just send me an email or DM on Instagram!
Surprise commission
How does it work?
A little risk for a lower price!
Meaning, compared to an actual commission, I won't send you any updates of the artwork to approve and you will have to pay 100% upfront, but the price is lower to compensate for the risk.
So if you like surprises or have a tighter budget, this might be perfect for you!
What do you have to provide?
what type of artwork you want (portrait, full body etc.)
descriptions of your character(s) - as detailed as possible
references photos (if you have some)
Desired license (commercial, promotion etc)

1. Type of artwork (e.g. portrait)
2. Number of characters

Premades / YCH
How does it work?
A premade is a type of artwork that is halfway or almost fully finished (in my case the sketch is done, but not the rendering). From time to time I will post Premades to my Social Media and also here. If you like it, you can purchase the premade and I will finish it to your liking.
What I will change
If there are things about the premade art you‘d like me to change (for example one character looks exactly like yours, but has curly instead of straight hair), there are a few things I will do without an extra cost:
Colors (hair, skin, clothes etc.)
Hairstyles
Adding small details like jewelry or simple tattoos
Clothes for a custom extra cost
NSFW option (that only applies for some premades, message me for more info)
For an extra cost depending on the complexity, I can also add a custom background
Prices?
There aren’t any fixed prices for my premades since they depend on the type of artwork, the number of characters and many other things. Simply ask me about the price, if you’re interested in a premade.The costs for licenses are the same as mentioned above in the section about Licenses.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment, Usage, Refund etc.
General Terms
Prices are subject to change at any time without noticed based on demand.
I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.
Please provide a clear description of what you want and as many references as possible (including hair, facial features, expressions, pose, colors, clothes etc.) Send everything you have, the more the better!
My signature will be visible on the artwork.
I will work on commissions in the order I accept them.
These terms can be subject to change.
Payment
Currency accepted is EURO and has to be paid through PayPal.
Payment Processing fees will be charged on the invoice and are not covered by the artist.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 60% upfront and 40% after final drawing approval.
DO NOT send any payment before I have agreed to do the commission and requested for you to send me payment.
I will not start working unless payment is received.
In the event that the commission is cancelled by you and I haven’t started drawing yet, you will get a full refund.
There will be no refund after the sketch is approved.
Process & Delivery
The time it takes to finish your commission varies greatly and can be anywhere from 1 week - 1 months for a finished piece. I will try to estimate how long I might need before starting.
Please tell me beforehand if you have a specific deadline! I will charge extra for rushed commissions (close deadlines).
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution digital image file by email.
NOTE: This is a digital file only, NOT a physical product.
Revisions/Changes
Any changes during the sketch stage are possible.
Once the sketch is approved, I will only make minor changes or charge extra.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
Copyright & Usage
I, Lilli Hochstadt, Drawnbylillac (the artist):
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork via social online networks, in my portfolio, for sale in art shows/galleries/conventions, as well as in publications such as art books unless agreed otherwise.
You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any of your personal website and social channels as long as you give proper credits.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for any use aside from personal, etc.) unless a commercial license is purchased. Contact me directly for commercial licensing information.
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes such as stated above unless we discussed and agreed to such use.
You may NOT use my artwork in any Artificial Intelligence (AI) software generators.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission and have already received payment, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will get a 100% refund.
If you are getting a refund, DO NOT request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you have breached any of these terms, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. You will also not be working with me again in the future.
What do you get?
Sketch and/or final sketches that you must approve before I continue the work.
Insight and involvement in color plan, character design, composition, etc.
Full-resolution file (300 DPI minimum) of final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG, JPEG and PDF unless otherwise requested.
